Teniente Luis Candelaria International Airport is 13 km away, with regular connections to Buenos Aires, as well as to El Calafate and Puerto Madryn.
The city’s bus and train terminal is located east of town, across the Ñireco River. Buses run the length of the lake from the airport to Llao Llao and its port Puerto Pañuelo for boat trips.
Take a bus to travel long distances too, to destinations like Puerto Montt, via the picturesque Ruta de los Siete Lagos (Ruta de los Siete Lagos).
